After hauling hay all day we wanted something light and cool. So I made grilled chicken salad: lettuce, grilled chicken, red onion, black olives, hard boiled eggs, fresh cooked bacon, croutons and salad dressing of choice.

Still will be hauling hay today. So tonight we will have shrimp scampi with garlic toast along with a glass of wine!

Well we were in a hurry so we stopped at Taco Bell. I hadn't had Taco Bell in about a year. I had a Quesadilla Grande (beef) and a crispy taco. Hey when you're hungry it tastes good.

But now I think I want BBQ tonight.
