Make a game out of it. Like Simmon Says... (although maybe that sounds cheesy)
(since you guys dont meet very often)
Set up a romantic place. Make a specfic to a certain culture (not necessarry). Like have thai food (or food you guys love to eat) with bold colored...whatevers. Make it look exotic and eye catching. Set the mood that's deep and entrancing....
Make an event out of it so its like a night she'll always remember. One you made to be special just for her.

hmmm,,, it isn't actually planned when it comes to kissing a girl. its more on timing buddy.. if you wanna kiss a girl you should go on a date with her first! when i say date, i mean the real deal and not just the typical we should hang out somewhere...
on your date. try to give her the impression that you really care about her.... it would be pretty much advisable if you court her first... if she says yes to you.. then thats the acceptable time to kiss her... not to sudden okay? start with a hug then afterwards tilt your head towards her face and boom there's your kiss!
