how do you transfer auto tile to another person name?

you would have to take the title to your local tag office and you and the other person would have to sign it in fron of her to that. or if you know a car dealer or someone who is a notary public just have the other person to sign it then take it to the notary and have it fixed.

Both persons need to sign the title in front of a Notary or take it to your DMV and have it transfered.
