Ladies, I'm curious how I can improve my conversation skills. Like the other day I said hello, mentioned a bit about the place I worked previously, and asked about her job.
Is this good? Any thoughts on improvement?

You are tring man,keep it up.there is no need to hurry up things.The slower you go the safer it is.I mean,say "hello" 1st day,2nd day-know her name,3rd day walk home together,4th day-invite her for a cup of coffee,next day -invite her for a movie and you'l see life becoming better each day.
