The correct word is "emigrate." When you plan to leave your country of origin for another, you use "emigrate." When you arrive at the destination country, you use "immigrate."

That being said, I imagine you would have to apply for some type of Iranian visa or marry an Iranian citizen. I also imagine it's not easy.
