Should I risk asking him out?

I'm 23, and I see this lovely man that works at my local petrol station a few times a week when I go in for fuel - He chats and smiles away whenever I go in, and I quite like him - should I risk asking him out? I don't know if he is married etc etc. It's difficult because he is always busy, and I only get to talk to him for a few minutes at a time, and I also don't want to embarrass him or myself - Help!!

I wouldn't ask him out. Notice if there is a wedding band on his finger. In the meantime until you can learn what his status is, just keep doing what you're doing. Maybe you could go in sometimes when it's not too busy. Whenever that is.......
