Good question. Here's a link to an article that talks about Neo-Ahimsa, a moderate take on the principal of ahimsa which is "no harm".

id rather donate them to the liberal party but frankly it makes living without fear of contaminated food and contracting disease easier if i kill them and besides the liberals would probably try to tax the shipment anyway so its probably best.

It depends on the pests.
If they are spiders, ants, roaches, and silverfish, there is nothing wrong with killing them.
If they are your younger sisters, that would be wrong.
