LOL. Good question. I think it's car-law. One of those laws specifically for the car. Like another car law, turning down the radio when you're driving down a street and LOOKING for a certain house number.

They are invisible in respect of if you are driving along and someone were to see you picking at your nose, would that person who saw you honestly remember:
A. What you looked like
B. What car you were driving
Both answers would have to be no, and probably the flash of that person picking their nose would usually be rather sudden so the memory would be very short, so in a way makes the person picking fairly invisible...

I had a registration selection plate physique on my old vehicle that had on it end choosing Your nostril human beings could crack up. I blow and %. if there's a bat interior the cave. yet I frequently have a Kleenex on my picker...yet not continuously.
