Call some local dermatologists and laser skin renewal specialists and see if they offer any laser treatments for stretch marks. Keep in mind...laser treatments for stretch marks are EXPENSIVE...but they are probably the only truly effective thing out there. And trust me...any amount of money to get rid of them or significantly reduce the appearance of them is worth it. I'm 21 years old and I have them in most of the places you mentioned. It's a constant source of pain for me. I WISH I could go back in time to when I first got them, because I'd be willing to fork over any amount of money to help make them less noticeable or make them go away. BEG your parents to pay for this for you, because this is one of the greatest gifts they could give you. If I were 15 again, I'd rather have laser skin treatments than a car (but keep in mind they're not THAT expensive).
If you'd prefer a topical cream, there's one called Striae that's supposed to be one of the best ones out there. It's about 50 bucks per bottle, but you get a BIG bottle, whereas with most stretch mark creams you pay maybe 80 bucks for a tiny container.
Microdermabrasion can also help. Granted, you have to go to a dermatologist for that too...so you might instead try frequent and thorough exfoliation of the affected areas.
Also, you need to understand WHY you got stretch marks. It's not necessarily because you grew fast. Some people grow fast but they don't get stretch marks. It's because your skin is inelastic. And WHY might your skin be inelastic? Two factors come into play, genetics and nutrition. Obviously you can't change your genes but you can change you diet. And I don't just mean diet in terms of things like calories and carbs. I mean actual nutrition, vitamins, minerals, nutrients, etc. Stretch marks appear because the inelastic skin can't fill up the area with enough collagen in in time to keep up with the growth of the body. You need to do some research and understand what vitamins the body needs in order to produce collagen, and ask if you're getting that in your diet. The most obvious vitamins that come to mind are C, E, and A. Are you getting any fruits and veggies in your diet? Did you get a substantial amount of fruits and veggies in your diet before you got the marks and while you were getting them? The skin is one of the first areas of the body to show when the person is receiving poor nutrition, and stretch marks are often a clear indicator that the person isn't. (By the way...poor nutrition may also be why you're only 5'1").
Hope this helps, and good luck sweetie. I definitely feel for you.

OH NO!!! NOT STRETCH MARKS!! THE HORROR!! THE INJUSTICE!! HOW UNFAIR!! No boy will want to date you now. Now you don't look like one of those skinny, airbrushed, digitally remasterd models in a magazine. YOU LOOK HUMAN!
I had stretch marks when I was a teenager. I didn't think much of it, though, but I did grow quicker than my skin. Ive always had strech marks but that didn't prevent me from wearing shorts, short sleeves, sleeveless, bathing suits, etc. I hid behind clothes in high school becuase I weighed about 200 pounds and at close to six feet, I already stuck out enough. (I was even taller than a good chunk of the guys.) However, as I got older, I didn't care. Yet, I was, am, blessed with a man who loves me for me, not my body. Sure, he thinks I'm sexy and nine years since our first date, six years since our wedding night he still can't get enough of me, nor I him. I'm eight, pretty much nine months pregant. Yes, I have new stretch marks, but so what. It comes with the territory. They're badges of honor. My husbnad suggested that I get some Palmers Lotion (I think it's Palmer's Coco Butter Lotion or Cream or something to that effect), but I never thought about it when I was out running errands. It wasn't, isn't a priority for me. (Not that it's really relavant, but I was about 170 when I was blessed with my pregnancy.)
You don't "have to" hide behind pants and jeans the rest of your life. You are choosing to. I've heard that stretch marks can fade, but I've not paid any attention to it. It's not a priority for me.

Have you just lost a lot of fats recently???
If yes, give your body some time to adapt. It will ultimately produce some substances to eat away the uncessary skin.
Else, you might want to purchase some of those toning products in the market, similar to the ones that preganant ladies use to remove the stretchmarks after delivery.
Hopes this helps

this can happen to anyone of any size. i got them all over my back when i grew from a skinny short kid - into a skinny tall kid. they've faded with time. my advice would be to check with a dermatologist and see if they have any advice for making them fade. i say this because there are a LOT of products which claim to do that, but are expensive - may as well find out from a specialist.

however there is somthing called bio oil which is the best treatment for stretch marks and this may help them fade .
any changes to your weight will have caused stretch marks and so will your hormones.

Ok. Stretch marks fade.... and you can get oil to help them if you are really that bothered. You get them because you GROW... Even though you are only 5'1" you grew faster.... hence the marks...
