Seduction is not necessary if the feelings are mutual. If you doesn't want you then accept it and move buddy. There is someone out there for everyone. Go to the bars and the clubs there are women more than willing so there is no need for seduction.

to romance her and be romantic to her. like doing something that you have to think of and plan and put out effort to come up with the ideas to make her evening with you very special. Be romantic like the way guys are in the movies

First, you have to find out if she will respond in any way---have you had eye contact with her, example? Start with the eyes---let her know she is quite attractive with long eye contact ---start to study her?what are little things she likes and let her know you notice every detail about her. Make her feel that she is the only woman in the world--and respect her...then...take her, she's yours.
