Most of the value is in the fiber-you have to eat a lot to get a significant amount of anything else. Do read labels and get the lowest fat possible-some of them are terrible.

I heard com has alot of nutriants, but popcorm has none sadly. It does go with a movie quite well though.

Popcorn can actualy cause you colon trouble. The hulls from the kernals can scrap and damage the intestine and colon if eaten frequently.
