I fell in love with a co-worker, we're bartenders, he's from LA, he's been in FL for 4 months, has a partner back at home for 2 yrs, we became wednesday night drinking buddies for about a month now, we leave work and we go chill somewhere else, but I promised myself tonight was the last night if nothing happened between us, 'cause i'm starting to have feelings for him, two days ago i asked him if he wanted to go out on a day that we were both off, he said yes, but still no plans... I CAN"T do it anymore... to some people he says he has a partner, to some, he says he doesn't... what the @#$%, it hurts so fu#^&*( bad... please tell me I should move on...

Stop torturing yourself. You already have the answer. It's not easy, but in the long run...you will have saved yourself a lot of grief :)

Move on. Obviously, if you have been hanging out for 4 months, he is not interested in the relationship going any further.

i think you know you deserve more than he can give....really how would you feel if you were his gf and he was in another state, and he didnt tell some people he had a gf...i dont think youd be very happy....basically he is out of bounds he is taken.....you know HE IS OUT OF BOUNDS honey.....save yourself the heartache.....im sure he enjoys your company, as a drinking buddy....as a friend...as far as you know he only views your meetings and relationships as a friend....
save your heart the pain....there are plenty more guys out there....and i think you have more respect for yourself than to be that cheating other woman b*iatch.
he probably doesnt help....maybe he is flirting back with you.....maybe he doesnt realise he is doing this, maybe he is just a charmer...but fact you you deserve and want someone for just you....

Follow your heart dont let him be the one that got away.
You should ask him (its harder than said) if he has a partner or not and maybe you should make plans instead of him makeing them
