This question is meant for Indians only. Marraiges within the same caste are now a days counted as NARROW MINDED. But if you want your dog to be pregnent you choose the same breed, Race Horses will have the 3to 4 generation History. Then How can be the marraiges within the same caste and community will be blamed? Are the Politicians who give speeches on abolishion of Caste System in India are performing marraiges to their sons/daughters to other casts?

Only Indian Community please answer.

Dogs who are bred with other breeds are healthier than pure breds. The same goes for humans. Communities in which there's a lot of intermarriage have a higher rate of genetic diseases.

But your analogy is faulty. Humans from different castes are genetically more alike than dogs of different breeds. And the morality or ethics for the animal world is not the same as for humans. After all, when animals get old and sick we "put them to sleep," but mercy killing is still not acceptable for humans.

In arranged marriages it is quite natural to find a spouse from a known circle. The caste is that known circle. Is it not easy and safe to find a match out of a lakh of people (belonging to the caste) than billions.
Even while marrying within a caste they usually avoid very close relations as per biological advice.

Sorry I felt I had to answer - this is from a western perspective. It sounds to me like you are comparing different castes with different species/breeds of animals. You forget we are all human - and a human from one Indian Caste is no different genetically from any other Indian Caste. Humans don't come in different species or breeds and it is not fair to view people in this manner.
