Your English is perfectly understandable. If I may suggest --please capitalize I and cut wordiness--KISS--keep it simple sweetheart.
I've been asked by my lecturers to improve my behaviour; otherwise, I could be in trouble (in the future). They are thinking of me. That's what they say; (always) however, every time they voice their opinion(s) about (on) my attitude, --[(I end up being), (I became), (I feel offended) (That situation=it) (makes me) (lack of)]--
I feel upset and my self confidence diminishes.
I hope the examples help.

you say improvise which is incorrect. improve is the correct wording. you could play word games. Attitude? perhaps take a look at how you are replying to others. Also with time you will become more confident as you gain experience.

Wize woman's answer is quite good, although she wrote "became" where "become" would make more sense (it's a generalization, requires the simple present).

I'm not sure, but maybe by "They are always thinking of me. That's what I often hear from them" you mean "They often tell me that their corrections are for my own good" or "They often tell me that they say these things to help me." Your mention of the bad effects of their comments suggests that to me--"They're always thinking of me" usually just means they spend a lot of time thinking about me.
