Wow! I applaud you for wanting to lose weight with all the 'what if's ' you got.

Go for low carb. Just cut out all the white stuff (potatoes, rice, white bread, etc.)

Yeah, sounds like it might be more expensive, but consider the cost of a bag of potato chips... could buy 4 boxes of broccoli or cauliflower for that.

Get the hi-carb stuff out of your house so you won't be tempted.

try lowcarbfriends dot com or just google low carb

It works,, took 30 pounds off of me in 2 months and I've not even taken my daily dose of tums for 5 years now. ... that is reason enough to keep me on it!!

Even on a tight budget you can still eat healthy. Don't buy pre-packaged foods. By fresh vegetables and fruit as much as possible. Avoid sweets and fatty foods. You have to shop wisely, but if you do you'll be happy with the results. By thy way, there's not a shred of proof that organic foods can help a person lose weight.

As far a exercising goes, try to take a good walk every day - about a mile. Have someone watch the kids while you do this. You should have some time alone for yourself.

buying organic does not reduce weight it reduces pesticides etc
buying more fruit and veggetables which are cheaper than takaways will benefit your health more and help your body to naturally detox without detoxing. your body has all it needs to detox itself - liver and kidneys etc do this for you. so just eat healthy and cut out the junk.
home cooking will save you money and determination will get you there
