If you are talking about polaroid 600 type film,
(the sort that shoots a photo out straight away)
I buy mine in either Big W or KMart, but I wait till they say 20 or 25% off store wide, then buy
up, cause it really is expensive, a normal price is about $23 for 10 or $40 for 20, I hope that helps, the only other thing is to maybe go to one of those camera shops in the mall, the real little ones, those that are run by families, they try to keep there prices down, Goodluck!!!

Wow...$40 for 20 exposures?? Polaroid 600 should not be that much. At my lab, it is $14.99 for 10 and 24.99 for 20, and we have the 20 exp on sale for 19.99 frequently. WalMart is always a little (or a lot) cheaper.

I see Polaroid at the flea market sometimes. I have no idea what the expiration date might be, but I would sure check it. Polaroid film does show deterioration as it ages, so I wouldn't buy it far out of date at all.

On-line, www.bhphoto.com, or Adorama.

Try eBay.

They stopped making Polaroids last year. They haven't made film for them in several years. Good luck.

Check local stores and buy recently expired film. Usually if you speak with the manager, they will be more than happy to sell you expired film at a huge discount. So long as the expiration date is within a year, you should be fine. I still use expired film from the early 80's.
