is it possibe to do VD (STD related desease)test using blood collected one year before on clothe.?

One year before,Some drops of blood fall on cloths,Now the clothe is kept in safe place. I want to do VD test now, Is it possible

No. The sample would not be large enough, and it is already dried and hemolyzed. You'd have to have a regular blood test for syphillis or HIV, and swabs for chlamydia and gonorrhea.

You can't test old dried blood for VD testing. You have to use fresh blood.
