I had 2 pancakes, and about a cup of fries. With a glass of pop. I know not the healthiest choices. but calorie wise, is this too much for the day?!

no way!! youre still growing and if u wanna be tall and slim then eat eat eat cos thats the only way to do it! ur gonna shrivel if thats all r eating!! if u wanna stay slim go running or something. jeez. oh yeah and drink a glass of milk a day if u want to grow to your full height!

It's not nearly enough of the right kind of calories for even part of a day - too much sugar and too much fat. Stop eating this way. You don't want to harm yourself by dumb eating habits. Eat a normal healthy diet.

personaly you need to have about 2000 calories a day.. nad seriously this gives you about the same.. but not at all good if oyu are trying to maintain your weight.. instead opt out for something healthy like bowl of cereal and definitely increase oyur appetite with GOOD FOOd!!
