I was lucky to pick the himalayan/persian cat we had. She passed away in February at 12 yrs old.
Anyway, she was between 3-5 lbs. She stayed tiny--looked like a kitten. Never knew why she didn't grow any bigger. It's in the genes. I guess like people who are 4'11" and under.

No. There are people working on breeding small kitten sized cats, but sometimes birthing problems of 2nd generation are horrible.

NO, and don't attempt any crazy answers you might get. If you want a small cat, go research the breeds. Kittens grow, just as you did!

sorry but I'm pretty sure there is no way to keep cats small they all grow up. some larger than others but never the less they do grow bigger. although my sister in-law would love to know if a way is found cause she adores kittens but not so much cats.

Is there any way to keep a human baby-sized all its life?

What's to debate? Things that are young and small grow up.

none. if you want to have a cat that will be the size of a kitten for the rest of its days, you will have to find a breed that does, which does not exist, btw.

i think you're referring to the concept of a "bonsai kitten", where specially trained people raise kittens in bottles to keep them tiny all their lives.

but yeah, it's an urban legend. totally false. i'm guessing the only way to make smaller cats is through selective breeding, like they do with dogs and how breeds like the toy poodle and dachshund came to be.

here's the page explaining the urban legend of the bonsai kitten:

That's stupid and cruel. Not to mention selfish. The kiten wants to grow, what you wish it doesnt matter. Animals are live creatures, not mashines you modiy in order to suit your interests.

No, why would you want to stunt a living creature? Just love it and accept it as it grows.
