What would someone get if charged with 1. Fleeing and Attempting to Elude Officer 2. Reckless Driving?

3. Driving while License suspended or Revoked 4. No Insurance Coverage 5. Operation unregistered Vehicle.
If you were a first time offender what would the possible punishment be for all 5 of this violations against you?

This is a friend on mine. and i hope he learn his lesson. You are right. the reckless driving would be the 2nd time for him as his licence got suspended he did not pay the fine.

I'll say probalby on on these because it really depends on the decision of the prosecutor and the judge..

1. prolbaby community service time or jail time plus a fine of maybe at least a thousand dollars, most likely to have a suspended license... and its a misdemeanor charge most likely... Car gets told for sure..
2. maxiumum: revoked or suspended license, a small jail time maybe wen u get arrested.. car towed for sure... and in the end if its just reckles driving.. most Likely a Fine
3. This happened to me, i had suspended license.. i got sentenced to 10 days in county jail, but i had a deal instead.. taht is to do the Sheriff's Work Program(SWP, or comunity service), then i had a fine of $1100, and i had my suspension extended 6 months, and since i had a Dui before, they brought it back up and now i have to get a Ignition Interlock device installed on every car i drive for the next 2 years because they put me on probation for 2 years... and of course, i had my car Towed...
4. no insurance coverage usualy put u in court, and if u culd provide the proof, it most likly wuld be a small fine for not having it at the time... not that big of a deal, happened to my friend.. it was a 900$ fine, but it got reduced to something lower, i 4got...
5. Unregistered vechiicle... I am not sure about this one, i think its not that much of a deal, as long as the car is not stolen, and when you re in court, as long as u prove its yours, you won't have that much to worry about...

Ok.. first time offender.. It really depend on what county you are in... I'm from San Francisco, California... and there is so much criminials here, the cops are criminials themselves... so a lot of times.. people get away with a lot of stuff like my fren who got away with a DUI!!!!!, lucky him, so lucky... . but anyway...
if this is u buddy.. Be sure to get an attorney or a Public Defender, seriously!!, then talk to your public defender and ask for a Plea Bargain.. so if the judge agrees, u culd be lucky and get a lot of these charges dropped, but most likely they will hold the highest charge on you... which in my opinion, i think would be driving on Suspended license and fleeing and eluding officer, because with these charges.... man, they could put a whole lot of punishment on you.. but yea, jus really mater on the judge, if he got some or not last night.. ahahahaha.. but yea... hope your early on the court list, because the judge seems to get cranky toward the end of the day.... hope this helps...

My guess, is arrested. I'm not sure if you will get jail time out of this, most likely fined pretty heavy. About the only thing you missed was DUI. Do get a good lawyer, you'll need one for this. Hope you learned a lesson, and won't do that again, it will get expensive.

This up to the laws of the state & up to the judge, & what the original reason was why their license was suspended in the 1st place.

it sounds like they need an attorney or a legal representitive , of some kind, if they cannot afford one the state can provide you a legal aide.

it depends on the state and your race.... if you lived where i do and you were mexican, they would slap you on the wrist.. maybe some community service.. the guy who hit my car: ran, open container, didnt pull over for police, drinking (with 7 empty bottles in car (that i seen, that the cops pulled out), no insurance, no license, car wasnt his, and who knows what else.... well the police caught up to him and and gave him a leaving the scene of an accident, underage drinking, and no insurance... which of course he got nothing in court... me on the other hand gets pulled over one day for a headlight being out and i get open container ticket (300$) becuase my passenger is drinking...

question... if your liscense ws suspended.. how could this be your first time??
