Hi Badar -
That's a tough question....it really depends on your health, what types of foods you eat (if you are a vegetarian or meat eater for example). You didn't go into detail to say if you had a weight problem. An age versus body size, male/female, height, etc. type of list is available on the net if you look for it. If you remain true to the 4 food groups (and substitute protein enriched non-meat foods if you are a vegetarian), look around on the net for different diets, and consult your doctor, you should be just fine and find a regime that works specifically for you! Good Luck! Kat :)

Cut down on fried foods.
Eat broccoli, pomegranates, kiwi, broccoli sprouts, strawberries, sweet potatoes, ginseng (tea is good), mushrooms, baked good with flax seed or flour in them, tofu, taboulleh is really good as long as you use olive oil, grapes (dark grapes with the seeds is best), spinach, and tomato paste and other tomato products are really really good for you. Many of these foods help to lower cholesterol, improve circulation, and fight toxins in the body that cause cancer. If you like hummus, that's great if you use pure olive oil because it's really good for you, and if you add laban (plain yogurt) to smooth it out, that gives you added benefits. Cut back on the salt and eat only lean meats.
Also, salmon is REALLY good for you. The omega-3 fish oils in salmon are good for you and help with all sorts of health problems. If you eat these sorts of things several times a week, plus exercise at least 30 minutes a day (walking is good), then you should notice an increase of energy as well as feel a lot better. Just remember, walk for 30 minutes a day, every day. It's important.
And drink lots of water. Chai is good sometimes too, but water is best.

hi badar at your age your food intake becomes alot lighter in which you should fill it with lots of fish fresh salad and veggies make sure you eat well balanced breakfast with holsome grains tined tuna on rye for lunch afternoon 1-2 pieces of cut up fruit dinner remember to keep it light grilled or baked fish or chicken with a side of basmatic rice salad or veggies pasta but remember when cooking use quality oil but again keep to a minimum another snacking food which is extremely good for you is nuts but unsalted you will find alot of vegans eat alot of nuts even putting them in salads spice it up. Now we come to exercise just try to start the day with simple walks that will build your hunger for breakfast which is the most important meal of the day. Before going to bed try doing sit ups as many as you can it will be hard at first but it will get much easier remember when feeling really Hungry eat lots of fruit or nuts your bodie will burn it of totally I hope i could help. To make your diet really work it takes alot of commitment Iwish you well.

Just eat a normal healthy diet in accord with the dietary laws of your faith. Avoid lots of sweet things and fatty things. Drink plenty of fluids. For exercise, a good walk every day is very good exercise.

dear brother, if you are serious, and you are adding mutton beef to you regular diet stop it.eat more vegetables.you should check at least once with medical advise ,and find out if you have any problem like sugar b.p likewise.then only one could clearly advise regarding diet for you.however ,since you seem to be very god fearing and calling your brothers and sisters to answer,i am sure god will be with you always and take care of your good health.my personal opinion is we should eat what we like and what would suit to us,and also have it mind that more green and fresh vegetables, eggs add more to your health.in shah Allah.
