A person can appear to be healthy, when actually they have a major health problem.
This quite often is caused by a bad heart, or an aneurysm, and all of a sudden will cause the person to die, for no apparent reason.
This is when a medical examiner will do an Autopsy to find the cause of death.

There is only one reason why someone dies. That reason is because something interferes with the functioning of the life sustaining organs that keep that organism alive. Whether a bullet pierces the organ and causes the necessary fluids to not pass through that organ to nourish it and keep the organ functioning and the organism alive or whether it is a substance that a person can not see that has clogged or destroyed a specific part of the life sustaining organs causes death in a person or other animal or plant. Healthy people do not drop dead. When people are not correctly educated with the proper information to understand the messages that the body sends to the brain to help themselves they can misunderstand and not save their own life.
There is always a reason why someone does not stay alive and the only problem that I can see is that there is a shortage of professional people who understand the human body to take the time to find the answers when some does die. So the quick fix is to give the answer that that person was healthy but they do not have the time to find out what went wrong. Good luck on your speech.

They drop dead for the same reasons that other people drop dead.

You can be the healthiest guy on the planet and still die for whatever reason. Look at James Fixx. He was a running/jogging guru that people looked up to as having all the answers. He was as healthy as a horse and yet he died of a heart attack while he was jogging. These things just happen.

What you need to realise however is that the healthier you are, the less chance of these things happening to you. That's not to say you won't die from it, it's just that statistically you'll be better off.

Healthy people can die due to an underlying condition (a friend of mine just lost 2 - 19 year old nieces 1 day apart that were perfectly healthy otherwise. They are trying now to find the cause. It could be a heart defect that was genetic, they are not sure yet.) Sometimes, unfortunately, in my opinion, if they cannot find an underlying condition, I believe it is just God's will and that person's time to leave. Not sure if this helped but trying my best! Usually because of an undiagnosed problem. My father had done a good job of losing weight and was jogging each day and blew out his aorta and died in a few minutes. He was 69, I am 64 and overweight and you can imagine I am under a bit of tension on losing weight.
Other related causes are throwing a blood clot that has built up in a vein that blocks blood flow and septic poisoning from an infected wound that was unnoticed until it poisoned the whole body.

When it's your time, it's your time. You don't have to have an illness to die. Sometimes your heart just gets tired and wants to sleep for a while, forever in fact. Death is a natural thing.

Everybody drops dead. No matter how healthy you are.

Heart attack, stroke, mall nutrition, hypothermia. Any symptom that is associated with instantanious and fatal death. Or maybe their time was just up.
