It's not bad for him.. He is a meat eater.. You just want to be careful.. If you are feeding a good quality dog food, then feeding A LOT Of meat is going to throw off the balance of the kibble.. Moderation is the key!

Than u Have to give protein tab (merical biscuit), and one thing is also good is ragi powder boil it with water and 2 eggs. Curd is better than milk for great dane this is good for his bones

Another thing is that u shoul be careful that ur dog is not sliverring on the flor too much until he is adult otherwise he will have serious problem with legs...

Beef is fine for your puppy, and raw beef is even better (although beef bones are too tough on dogs' teeth). If you're looking to give your dog a really healthy diet, do some research on a prey-model raw diet. Dogs do really well on that diet, as it is the closest to what they'd eat in nature. I found the Raw Food Diet forum at Dogster.com to be extremely helpful.

Beef as part of a raw diet, or supplement to high quality dog food is fine. Its better raw.

It is not a complete diet in and of itself. If you're interested in feeding a raw diet do some research first.

I have never fed my great dane people food, but I have been wanting to breed her and the groomer I take her to gave me a recipe for beef meatballs for dogs to provide her nutrients she will need. So my answer would be that it will not be a problem.

No your dog should really b fed puppy food up until it is about 2 years of age. Your dogs body is not ready for things like that yet. Even a grown dog should not really eat meat although it is ok as a treat but not at the age of your dog.

your puppy should be fed puppy food only and by the way it should be done for 2 years not one year. puppies are still growing the first 2 years. your vet should have told you this. never feed your dog human food because this can cause numerous problems such as digestive problems and not to mention the refusal to eat dog food.
