I am finding the website that is for free franchise ebooks such as frachising dream, franchising for dummies, because i live in Vietnam, and I can't buy these book, because it requires the paypal or master cards....Some people help me?

Exactly what sort of help are you looking for? If someone downloads them for you, be aware that many of these now have digital security which prevents opening the file from a computer other than the one it was downloaded to.
So, it seems like the only solution would be for someone to trust you enough to give you their Paypal account information. Likely won't happen.
Try to find a franchise book that's free.
