The HR department want our feedback on our job descriptions and i want to write it carefully.

Just look at job adverts at on job websites.
But basically a job description lists.
What knowledge you should possess.
What responsibilities you hold.
Eg.
Required.
Undergraduate Degree in car washing from a recognised
university.
5 years industry experience.
Preferred
Knowledge of waxing and being waxed.
Duties.
Wash cars
Wax and polish cars
Supervise members of the team.
Kiss the boss big A S S.

You should know what your job description is. What is your daily chores? Those are job descriptions.
