It depends on how old the person is that's slept with 30 girls. If it's a male then I think most people will presume that he's slept with more, just 'cause he's a guy.
... If I were you, I'd ask him if he is or has ever been a "professional". >.>

WOAAAAAHHHHH.....maybe im a nerd of something (then again im answering problems online right?) but i think thats kinda a large number for most men in fact its said that the average number of women a man sleeps with is about 7 so yeaaa

Depend for who.
For the average frustrated chumps, its may seem a lot. He will think you need a lot of "Luck" to get that much women.
For someone who know how to pick-up women , its the average he get in one year.
Remember that " 20 % of the males get 80 % of the females."
A sane male will do all he can do to be in that 20% part.

I never slept with that many ladies. Thats alot of girls. I never got that lucky. I guess quality over quantity for me.
