it doesn't work to well with the sentence you're saying. but " you are armed with lots of guns" would work better, because the word armed means you're equipped with.

Just say equipped. It sounds much better.

yes, though it sounds a little better (smoother) to put 'mentally' before 'armed'.

Like saying you are EQUIPPED

Use it the same as, "defended".
