Well lthe two older cats licked it off and they are both twitching now and I don't know what to do its almost 3 in the morning. Please give me help like really soon. I already gave all four of them a bath and cleaned it off.

Thanks for the answers. Thank God I listened to some of you and took them to the vet immediatly. They are keeping them overnight. One should be able to come home tomorrow the other one they think doesn't have a very good chance to live unfortunatly! I have a really big headache from crying but thanks to those of you praying for them

You need to get them to the vet asap. Some products used in dog flea and tick products are TOXIC to cats.

Never use a product meant for one speices to treat another unless under the supervision of your vet.

Over the counter flea and tick treatments are ineffective at best and at worse can kill your pet.

Your cats need to get to the vet tonight.

Same thing happened to my sisters cat. She used drops for cats. He had a reaction to the drops.

He didn't twitch like your cats. Can't remember much more. Sure am a big help.

She got rid of the drops and eventually bought a flee and tick collar. No problems with collar.

Makes you wonder what chemicals are you/we putting on our pets.

When you call/see you vet ask what's the best and safest products to choose from.

Wish I could have been more help.

seizure, that's what your cats are having. Anyways, it is critical to get them to a vets office asap. Call an emergency vet near by if you have to... but just do it.
