I have an 8 week old puppy that has fleas. I bought flea drops made for puppies and put some on her. Then I looked at the very bottom of the package and it said not to use on puppies younger than 12 weeks. Could this hurt her???

It very well could.. That's why they put those warnings on the package.. You should call poison control or your vet and ask him ...

Take DP's suggestion.

In the future only buy flea products from your vet. Over the counter flea products are ineffective at best, and sometimes can make your pet seriously ill, or even kill them. One to stay far far away from for sure is anything by Hartz.

if shes lessthan 12 weeks yes it could
even if shes older than 12 weeks it still can

I'd be very careful with anything store bought medicines & your dog in the future always consult a vet & ONLY get meds from the vet your dog sees - thats why they are there ! don't play games with your furry friend !
