Kiffin #1 is right. You are not a licensed driver, so if you get caught, they will take you to jail on the spot and your mom will have to bail you out. Moreover, you will loose your permit and will not be able to apply for a new one for quite a while. The owner of the vehicle (your parents?) may also get into trouble for letting you drive it.

You couldn't find the penalty because it is up to the Judge in your case. He has options. He can prevent you from getting a license until you are 18 or 21. He can fine you. He can also go after your parents for allowing you to drive while , basically, being unlicensed.

Pretty much the same as driving without a license. You'll be fined, possibly have to do community service, maybe some jail time and you will be denied a license until you're twenty-five. It's not worth it - don't even think about it! Good luck!

you get a penalty of a fine, and community service, and lose your license (ability to get it ) for an additional 6-12 months because you where informed of the penalty in your drivers education class...
