Jesus was born in the middle of a war, it was the time the romans were building their empire.......

what the Jews expected was a messiah that would fight their war for them.

but instead he turned his enemies into friends and saved everyone.

That was the first coming

The second coming is when He will lead the war against the enemy and the unbelievers.

thats when Jesus busts his retsev.

A theory is that Judas tried to push Jesus to bring down a legion of Angels to overthrow the Romans, to bring back the Davidic Kingdom, when Judas sold out Christ. Christ did the exact opposite.

The answer is no..

Jesus first came as a suffering servant. He will return as a conquering king. The antichrist will soon come to power as soon as the church is removed. After seven years, there will be a huge war going on and Jesus will return. He will judge everyone and send many to the second death of eternal hell.

Who LED His people to slay the Philistines, Cannanites, etc of old?

On the other hand, when teh disciples tried to stop the arrest of Jesus and fought the soldiers in the garden of Gethsemane, Jesus told them that it was not the time to fight (and kill) for Him - but that time would come.

If his followers are any example, then he'd be one lean, mean, kill 'em all machine! (Longtime military saying: "Kill 'em all, let god sort it out!" Dates back to the 1200s at least for those thinking it was invented in Vietnam)

P.S. The quote in the 1200s was from a Catholic Bishop....
