I can give you a programme title that has been used twice, in two different ways - "Who Dares Wins". In the mid-1980s it was a comedy sketch programme on Channel 4, which featured Rory McGrath and Tony Robinson, amongst others. Currently, it is being used as the title for a quiz format surrounding the National Lottery draw.
