wouldnt he allow all of us into heaven? Why do you say that god is great, and that god loves you, and that he will forgive you, and that he wants you to be with him? And then you turn around and say that it only applies to those that think and worship just like you? If god is truly benevolent then he does not or should not care about what we believe in. If it is true that salvation only applies to people of one certain faith, then god is not good and he is not worthy of worship.

suppose I started my own country and said that anyone can come live in my country. In my country there will be complete religious freedom. Then when you get there I arrest those that do not worship the flying spaghetti monster. Then normally you would ask "but you said religous freedom" and I would response "only those that think and worship like me have religious freedom, everyone else is lost." Would that be fair?

Religion isn't fair, nor is it sensible - it's controlling.

You have a completely mistaken picture.

Heaven is NOT the reward. God Himself is the only reward for wanting God and seeking God. Heaven is just a place, like a house, where the family lives but the real life is not the house but the relationships of the family.

God is our Creator. That defines God well enough to start. Start by asking yourself if you want to know your Creator. Be honest and ask yourself if you would want to know your Creator, assuming you knew He exists. For most of us, the answer is no. We reject God because He would be an authority over us and we would no longer be masters of our own fate and captains of our own souls.

If we hope to know our Creator, then by logic, we have to hold as true that He exists. This "holding as true" is belief.

He is a loving God just as your father loved you. If you were bad and did not do what he asked you to do then he had to punish you. He did not love you any less but because you disobeyed what he said and asked of you, he had to punish you. The same with God. He does not want to punish us, but we must do as he asks or else we will be punished. If we repent (say you are sorry and will not do that again) then he will forgive you and allow you to be forgiven and will forget about what you have done. There does come a point where if your child refuses to listen to you and does not obey your warnings and corrections that he will cut you off and want nothing to do with you. Though it hurts him and he us saddened by this he feels he has to do it. It is the same with God. There comes a point to where God will no longer tolerate your behavior and cut you off. Yet He will give you countless opportunities to change your ways and listen to what he is telling you.

You perfectly reflect what humanity thinks is 'good' and 'loving'. Humanity's view is completely distorted and has no idea what God means by love. Do you recognise this definition of love: ... love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails [1Corinthians 13:4-8].

Salvation appears through many faiths, as there is diversity in religion, but we have the choice to follow that religion, for my religion "Christianity" we believe that salvation is through Christ our Lord, and Savior, for he died for are sins, and God gave us free will to choose either to believe in him or not, to walk with him, or not, and most of us choose to do so. Also, I used to be Atheist, and it sucked, I was miserable all the time, and negative, and when I got saved, i was so happy, and my emotions were just running all over the place, it felt great, as if I was free. And about that "flying spaghetti monster" gag too, it is just dumb, for there is no concept of it, and it is juvenile, It also makes atheist people appear stupid, while trying to prove a point that they cant win at. But I mainly when I once was atheist I asked various questions, and I used science to disprove religion, but it did not work, for it will never work, as there are many things in science that support the Biblical Scriptures.

God cant just let anyone in. why would he want someone who does not even believe in his existence into Heaven when he sent his son to come down here and be brutally murdered for everyone?? Its a commitment you have to make, if someone acknowledges God is the way, the truth and the light then yes, they can come to Heaven. Everyone is able to go to Heaven, but you have to ask God to forgive you for your sins and ask him into your heart. if someone is running around ,though, saying there is no God, why should they get that privilege of eternal life??

We are sinful without Christs sacrifice. If we haven't accepted Christ, (our mediator to God), we can't come before God. God never coexists with sin.

I would say God was extremely loving by providing us a way out for our sins. Its not His fault if you deny Christ.

I can only speak for Christianity here... sorry.

God will allow all into heaven; he does love all and will forgive all. And yes, all that he asks is that you accept him and love him.

That's the catch--his benevolence is for all too, but you have to ask him for that as well.
