You have three choices:
1. There is no god. (My personal fave.)
2. There is a god, and he/she/it is an insane sadistic being that delights in suffering.
3. There is a god, and he is either oblivious to suffering or ignorant of it, in which case he is certainly not omniscient nor omnipresent, though he might still be omnipotent.
Pick one.

God's original intention when He first created us was to live peacefully on Earth, not how we are living today. Life took another course when the first human couple decided to accept Satan's lifestyle offer rather than the one God had to offer. Based on everything we are seeing today, we can be certain that we cannot continue living without God! Look, we were not designed originally to ever die, yet we die. The good news is that God has not changed his mind about us. He knows there has been, and there currently is, a multitude of people that still loves Him, and He promises that He will make everything new again; this time with Satan and all his followers gone, forever!

Are you unattractive? So what if you are, or are missing a leg or whatever? Life is not fair. All you have to do is look at nature. Big things kills smaller things and it is not pretty. In the wild if you were disfigured or lacking, you would be killed. Now we plug in an air hose and keep them alive and they grow up to be a disfigured person or have a miserable life with a Foster parent with developmental issues. It's not God's fault we [Man] decided we knew better than him and now allow the gene pools to flood with defects. Life is miserable for someone who someone decides they should be as they are and plugs them in or whatever. . God already has a fail safe in place. Man interfered. Blame us, not God.

You forgot to say me. I am a miserable person who was raped by my father, thank God he's dead.
Why did God create me? Because He knew that I would eventually love Him. He knew that I am thrilled beyond words to serve Him. He created me so that I could be a part of His kingdom.
I am happy about it. The suffering is crap. But I can communicate it since I am still alive. I don't like being alive sometimes, but I am glad to have the chance to say, " Dad, you were such a fing mother fkn loser. And I am better off without you."
God is the best.

if God created people with disabilities, good looking, unattractive women it's because He wants it to. doesn't a potter maker can create pots with the designs and forms he wants? and so with God, does He doesn't have the right to create humans in the form and looks He wants?
life is fair no matter how you look at it, it is always fair!...sometimes misery comes because of the choices we made with our lives.

Because to God (or whatever you believe in, anything higher than humanity), being good internally is more important that being good externally. Those with physical limitations must compensate for this from within. Things balance out, always. Even if you can't always see how, we aren't meant to know EVERYTHING.

That's why some people believe in karma. But usually people's world view/beliefs are what make them miserable not "GOD".

Because God wanted a world where others would help others & he wanted a variety of people & didn't want them all to look & be the same.

many of those who are disabled have stronger faith's and happier lives than those without any defects..... Because they do what's right and rely on God most of the time.

So not everyone will eventually forget Him...
Think about this... If all the people were perfectly created, who else will worship Him?....
I am not devoted to God... And sometimes, i do also questioned Him...
