There's a great site called designasausage.com. You can get all of the sausage making paraphenalia you'll ever need, and some you don't! - sausage making kits, sausage making machines, sausage skins - I would say get a smoker too and make smoked sausage - great for presents - and they keep longer.

All you need are some sausage skins, which you should be able to get from a quality butcher, and a food processor. You should be able to get rhinocerous meat from the zoo and Bob's your uncle.
