Not very long at all! From the moment we made eye contact I felt somthing I had never felt before. From there, it was probably only a month before my gut told me he's the one.

He and I met on the internet 8 1/2 years ago when we lived 1700 miles apart. We were IMing and calling each other all the time and met after 3 months. We were afraid to meet each other in person for fear we would not feel the same, but once we met in person, I knew right away.
We have been together ever since and married for 6 1/2 years.

When you feel like you're best friends.
took a very long itme.. waited until summer of 2nd year of university..I met him in a summer course.
All I can say is find yourself first and eventually you'll find the right person for you!

I knew he was the right one when he showed me that he was not going to walk away from me because I want to wait till marriage before having sex. It took a week and a half for me to know he was the one, at least for now.

About a week into the relationship. Answer #2 said it all, you're happy for no reason, you feel safe, comfortable etc. Each relationship has its own speed limit, and love at first sight DOES exist

U have a chemistry with this person u first meet and u just cannot shake it off it just stays with u for ever. u connect on different levels as well and ur compatible with this person thats how i can tell anyway.

Its not somthing that can be explained, I dont think there is just one however. Out of 6 billion people there is just one for you? naaaahhhh lol but i think you know when you found one you want to spend your life with when it happens.

You feel safe and comfortable and you find your self happy when there aint **** to be happy about.Your just happy just cause....and thats a good feeling to have and hold on to
