Seems kinda young to me.
What's the rush anyways?!?
I can only assume that the guy is 16 and the girl 13, is that correct?
The other way around would really be weird & unusual, I must admit!
Each to their own, I say.
P.S. What are the parents thinking or saying about all this?

Yes, becuase a 16 year old should know better, a 13 year old (who by the way was just12!) is a little young to be dateing in the first place and especialy not a 16 year old, this is just technicaly a child!

It depends on the kids personalities and maturity levels. It isn't strange but I don't think 13 year olds should be dating.

no not at all I was 13 when I started dating my now Husband who was 16. Its the same as a 20 year old dating a 23 years old which isent so weird right ?

what does a 16 year old want with a 13 year old kid? 13 is the age of a kid!
if a 16 year old came on and attempted to date my 13 year old sister, he would not live to see the next day.

well the three year gap isn't bad in and of its self. just the fact that the younger is only 13. I personally think thats to young for any child to date, but then what is your idea of a date?
me and hubby are 3 yrs apart

I tihnk it is strange for a 13 year old to be dating anyone. Way too young.
But, my husband and I are 3 years apart, too and we are fine. We were 20 & 17 when we started dating, 17 and 14 when we met. So that is a big difference from you.

I think 13 is too young to date. But my first boyfriend was 17 when I was 14...so I guess I really can't say anything!

The two are still very young, the best age to date is at 18's
