Flowers. Women are hardwired to like flowers.
Pay attention to her. A lot. Listen. Listen carefully and ask questions. Find out what she likes.
There's a park near where you live that has a bridle path. Arrange for there to be a couple horses there and go for a ride.
Hot air ballooning. Make certain you don't pick one that blows up.
Hot tubbing! A good way to blow an hour or two.
Take her with you when you do your Community Service.
Show her the imaginary line 100ft from your last girlfriend that your Restraining Order won't let you cross.

Okay... I think I got this. My best night ever. He had put rose petals all over the bed. Scented candles, chocolates... but guess what, we spent the entire time talking about things that never though we could. We spoke about our deepest darkest secrets and much more. I really though that was the best night of my life because I never let anyone come close to as I did that night. He knew the me that maybe not even I knew. But hey, if she doesn't want to do that... put the rose petals covered bed, the scented candles and nice music to work. Make love all night!

you should do an evening picnic at the park. Find out what her fav. food is and make it for her (if possible) and take a blanket to sit on then after dinner you can cuddle and watch the sunset together. Trust me she will LOVE it!
And maybe before that you could go to a movie or something fun like sports of all sorts or put-put golfing/gocarting.

You can do a treasure hunt. Those are reeally fun! just put like clues in places until it gets to you or a romantic place like the beach and make it all pretty ya know.
Or play one of those love games (board games) you can do a sweet picnic. Discover new ways to kiss. Bake something together. Snuggle under the stars, Watch a scary movie together in a couch all cuddle up.

go for the theme " i'm now in memory lane"... do something that's really sweet. you know how women are.
first, watch a movie you know that she'll really like. Afterwards, go to a place where both of you spent your first date together. oh, suprise her! how you ever tried putting a gift under the car seat? well, tell your girl that you have something for her and that she needs to look for it under her seat.. it would probably be sweeter if you put a note there. i think this should be done after the movie and the place you two had your first date....
in short! do something really cheesy..

Do something totally unexpected. Like a midnight hike. I took a girl on her first air plane ride from LA to San Diego for dinner.

Buy her flowers, that's always a classy move. Or take her to a movie that she's been interested in and you wouldn't normally choose to do. Sing her a song, take her for a walk, cook dinner.
If you're secretly asking for sex advice, be sure to ask her if there's anything she's been wanting to try that you haven't been doing. (Contrary to other answerers' advice, DON'T just introduce new things to the sex routine without talking to her about them first.)

Set a day trip out of town, scuba diving, to the zoo or whatever... then before calling it a night, surprise her with three dozen roses which you have bought that morning which you have kept in a cooler (with ice ofcourse) kept in the truck of your car.

get some of her favorite foods and cook with her. then package it up, and go on a picnic. (how old are you? sex after a picnic=amazing). anyhow, after your picnic, maybe watch a movie together, then sit out and watch the stars. (of course, in any order). then, surprise her with a candle-lit dessert with roses (or her favorite type of flower).... then have steamy hot sex in the shower.
