my friend says she at one point did a ritual that allowed you to see your soul/astral form/ true self (what ever it is you believe in)
she said you use a candle and meditate on something, anyone know what ritual this is or have a variation on it?

yes i used to be very much into witchcraft here is what you do.
i did it once and it worked.
get a white, light blue, and purple candle.
use some sandlewood inscense.
use a crystal hold it in your hand.
turn off all the lights, sit in front of the mirror.
light the candles and inscense.
grasp tight to the crystal.
look in the mirror for about 4 minutes as you concentrate and let all your worries flow out of your body, visullize a door with white light comming out of it.
and when you feel calm and stress/worry free. its time to start.
now while looking at your self. say.
gods and godess from above
I Invoke thee.
let thou see thy real self.
i plea to thee, for me to see.
so blessed it be.
im pretty sure its very very close to this.

Yes. sit in the middle of the floor of a room and light a candle.
Place a cup of DR Pepper besides you on your left side (there is an ingredient in it that interrupts the brains neuro transmitters for a split second which opens you up to receive energy from the other side). Repeat your name over and over again while you think about your earliest life memory. Repeat your name untill the sound of it just seems like nonsense. At the very instance it happens sip the Dr pepper and place it on your right side and scream "Wicca Wicca 1, 2, 3. Let me see the witch in me'. If you have done it correctly (on the inside and the outside) you will have extinguished the superficial life you know on a daily basis and you will begin to perceive yourself as you exist on that higher spiritual plane. Do not be afraid of what you will see but embrace it.

The only one I know of is THE WORD OF GOD is like a Mirror; it will show you exactly what you are from the inside but what you are going do to about it can also change the reflection the next time you look into it!
The Word of God is like a Magic Mirror . I think others are just counterfeit!

I've heard of people who see their aura, it's a color form glowing on outside of their body
have you tried a search for 'auras'? that would be my bet

ive heard of it. but why would u wanna do that? its scary.
at midnight, in front of a mirror,
hold an apple, shave the skin slowly (be careful, it must not be broken!)
wait a min... by doing that, it'll reveal your future spouse instead

The only one that I know of involves reading the Bible and applying it to your life.

Ya once a few years ago I was deeply reading the bible and I could see myself. I was sober lol.......it felt really good, and it was almost as if I was being cleansed.
