There are no cruises strictly for disabled persons. However, the cruise lines have made adjustments to some cabins bathrooms etc for the disabled, and they have small ramps over the door sills to common areas. If you have medical issues, your travel agent will supply you with a form, so you cab inform the cruise line of special needs. They will provide sharps containers for persons who need sharps for checking blood/administering meds. They will assist with ensuring adequate oxygen is onboard, they will provide refrigerators for persons who need to cool medications or medical supplies. If you have special needs it is a good idea to notify the ships medical clinic after you board so they know who might have which medical issues and be prepared, ie they would like to know which patients are seizure prone and what meds they take.

All cruise lines make accommodation for people with disabilities. I have been on many cruises where there were people in wheelchairs, scooters, and/or using walkers and oxygen tanks. I have seen ship's staff help passengers in wheel chairs take seats on ship in shows and at dinner and also helped them get on and off the ship in ports.

You should look at these cruise line web sites at what these lines have posted as their own accommodation for the disabled. The cruise lines are somewhat different so you need to look for what you need. I most cases you will need to call the cruise line to make sure that you get what you need.
