after giving you to trust, and sign the paper, as in hopes to help out... i know, what an idiot, right? my sister got me into troubles and now im struggling all alone, as she acting like a stranger, and sometimes a smarty advisor that really isn't effective to help with a situation at all.

as a result, ruined credit, future haunting by irs and lenders... and instead of bonding, feeling of emptiness and betrayals.

sibling who'd lie to 'see if i am useful, otherwise who cares'.

You know your sister well, you probably new she would be trouble, so next time.......SAY NO.
Learn from this. She probably was just ripping you off. Not a very good sister or friend.

You co-signed a loan or credit card for her? Particularly knowing she is a user and abuser? Cut your psycho sister off at any rate.
Ask your parents for help fast. You need a bail-out.

You need help. Call the creditors NOW. You need to get her off of your accounts fast, have her removed from any accounts, explain the situation and tell them to cancel that card and transfer the balance to your new account MINUS your sister just to begin to save your credit record.

Return or sell anything you can find that she's bought using this account to get some money to pay things off.
You may have to take a part-time job after hours to pay things off. You may have to go to a credit counseling service to get the bills consolidated.
Your credit will be rescued one month at a time by making regular payments. Start with the smallest bill and kick that down and then close the account, then start paying down the next bigger one as fast as possible.

In the future, don't mix family with money.

Happening to my boyfriend. We are leaving as soon as we can. She doesn't pay the bills or the rent. No, that is all up to us. She sits on her butt and plays World of War Craft and eats out at places 20 miles away when there are places local. Screw her. I know this is bad, since there is a child involved, but I do hope that when we leave, she gets her just deserts. I hope she has to give up ALL of her comforts just to pay the rent. They will most likely get kicked out within a month or two not paying the landlady.

Thats not good. Thats why I tell my siblings to go to their parents. I love my brother and sister, but I will not get involved with them financially. If possible, I'd get your parents involved and tell them what happened. Maybe they can help.

Sue her. You don't owe her a thing.
