THE MOM IS FOR SURE BLACK LAB. WE THINK THE DAD WAS HOUND BECAUSE WHEN HIS EARS ARENT PERCKED UP THEY DROOP DOWN EXACTLY LIKE A HOUND AND HE IS ALWAYS HUNTING DOWN LITTLE SQUIRLLES AND BUGS. HIS BROTHERS/SISTERS WER ALL WHITE AND BLACK. THE SHELTER THINKS THE DAD IS GERMAN SHEPHERD.

Since litters can have more than one father, maybe the others were part shepherd, but this little dude looks VERY boxer or mastiff to me. How big is he? What does he weigh? If he's large or heavy, I'd say mastiff. Smaller, I'd say boxer.
ADDED: I looked again. If that's him at 3 mon ths, he's part mastiff!

He looks like a Mastiff or a boxer with maybe a little bit of lab but honestly it almost looks pure breed to me.
By the way he is such a cute puppy.

I don't see any German Shepherd.
Looks like some type of hound, bull mastiff, great dane, boxer....

This might sound weird but he looks like a pug with a boxer... lol. Yeah in a way he does look like a lab and german sheperd.

Great puppy,if he gets to be over 100#'s I'd guess Mastiff. If he stays around 50 or 60 then I'd guess boxer.

I agree with Kingsley, looks like a boxer mix to me too.
As for the droopy ears, many dogs (boxers included) have their ears cut to make them stand up.
Cute puppy, man I miss my dog the Chinese killed!
