I brushed my teeth earlier tonight, but then I decided to have an apple. Are my teeth affected enough that I would need to brush my teeth again?

Hi!
If you just had to have a snack at bedtime, you chose the right one! Apples actually are good for you & your teeth. Not only are they loaded with vitamins & nutrients good for you. They actually aid in cleaning your teeth.

YOur fine!!!! Actually eating an apple helps to clean your teeth! I know it sounds silly but it's true! Just brush in the morning! I always eat my apple last after lunch for that reason!

NOT EVERYONE KNOWS THIS BUT THE APPLE CONTAINS PEROXIDE, WHICH KILLS BACTERIA.
THAT'S WHY CUT APPLES TURN BROWN IF EXPOSED TO AIR.
THE FIBROUS CONTENT HELPS TO CLEAN THE DEBRIS FROM THE TEETH. THE SAYING, "AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY," IS TRUE.
DON'T WORRY ABOUT BRUSHING AGAIN, BUT DO EAT THAT APPLE!!!

I would not bother. Maybe rinse with water, but as long as you brush often and floss, you should be ok.
