Many people with HBV have children. However, the virus can be passed from mother to child if the mother is infected with HBV. In that case, the baby will need to have a vaccine at birth. If that is done, the baby will have a good chance (90%) of clearing or sero-converting the HBV. If not, then the baby has a 90% chance of having chronic HBV.
You should absolutely get vaccinated if you are not already infected or if you don't have the antibodies. A blood test will tell your doctor where you needs are regarding vaccination. You can live a normal life if one of you has the virus. I recommend you find out more information about the disease, the treatment, what you should know about living with HBV.

HPV is not Hep B It is a Herpes virus The human Papaloma Virus which is a strain of the Herpes Virus/ 80% of all people are infected with HPV throughout their lives at one point or another and do not have symptoms. It is an STD, and most who contract the virus never know and it goes away on its own. There is no test for men. If they have genital warts then they have HPV because it causes genital warts.
So, yes you can have a normal lifestyle, but if you have chronic HPV it is something symptomatic of something more like CFS Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
If your sexual partner has HPV chances are you have it too.

Hep B is NOT curable.

If your male partner has Hep B and you do not, you can still conceive. However, as his sexual partner, it is a pretty darn good idea for you to get VACCINATED against Hep B.

Then you can have kids, and as soon as they are old enough, they can get vaccinated, too.
