What should i do with the guy i like?

I like this guy in school but he doesn't know me although im pretty sure he has seen me when i passed by his class and he probably just thinks im cute . The problem is that im afraid of getting rejected once more and my parents wont let me have a boyfriend until i finish high school and finish a career that would mean that even if we do get together we wouldn't be able to go out and im afraid that would be a big problem but he seems like an understandful person but like they say "you cant judge a book by its cover". I have decided to talk to him many times but when i see him i get afraid and i don't do anything....... what should i do?

Ask him what his favorite food is and then later somehow manage him to give him his favorite food.
We love it when gals can give us guys their favorite food to go in our stomach.
