Pay no attention to what these others are saying. I for one commend you for wanting to do things the legal way. First it would help if you knew someone in America who would be willing to sponsor you on a work visa that can petition for you. Then if you get approved for a work visa you need to get a good immigration lawyer to help you fill out all the immigration forms, including an I-765 for a work permit so you can be working legally.

Another thing that would help would be if you have any family members that are american citizens one of them can sponsor you on a family visa. Or if you were to get engaged to american citizen he can sponsor you on a fiance visa.

I'm an american citizen buy my husband's not. Everything that I've been telling you is what I've been learning about and dealing with for the last two years (for those of you who want to know, he was in the country long before we even met so yes, we did marry for love).

I wish you lots of luck.

Tell you what. Go on ebay and buy some AMERICAN history books. We outlined a blueprint on how to build a country such as ours. I understand you don't want to do the kind of work that over 200 years of nation building requires, but that's one way.

OH, and you BETTER not wanna be illegal. We have snipers at the border now.

Oh and contrary to popular belief, there IS an application process you can go through to become an American citizen. It may take a little time, but at least you wouldn't have to overthrow your own government or risk takin one between the eyes.

I'm curious though, why do you want to live here? According to the rest of the world we're an evil empire...

go to uscis.gov and look at the options. Remember that you can get a permanent residency after having an H1B visa long enough (sponsored employment.)

Good luck!

Oh, yes. Come to the United States. What we really need here is a Mother and 2 daughters that will want free housing, free food stamps, free medical care, and free educations. The U.S. taxpayers love paying for free services for Mexicans. After all, we pay for services for you that we don't ever get from our government.
