well johny..
for 1 thing...eat right..
-avoid too much sweets, too much carbohydrates, too much calories..
-go for a sport, and stick with it..Basketball, soccer, baseball..running, swimming..try your best to be moving all the time..you dont have to work out in the gym too much yet/ i can recommend light weights with lots of repetitions..but you have to lose your weight first..
good luck!

tell your older brother to stop making fun of you and acting all childish and immature then punch him real good, okay maybe not punch but tell him off
i'm sorry to say but you cant really lose weight fast, it will take time even a long amount,
wats really important is that you have to really want to lose weight and picture your self being the weight you wanna be you need to have the will and the effort
ride your bike, jump on a trampoline, get a personal trainer, do a sport, buy a basket ball hoop and practice for an hour, play soccer in your yard, and yeah it's a realistic goal, just remeber never give up

You lose weight from your chest and stomach the way you lose weight from anywhere else. Here are a few things you can do at home to lose weight.
1) Eat less fatty foods such as fried chicken, hamburgers, mac & cheese, ice cream, french fries (the worst for you), sausage, cheesy dishes.
2) Replace those foods with healthier ones like grilled chicken, bison burgers, spaghetti with tomato sauce, sugar free italian ices, baked potato, etc, etc.
3) If you want good home exercises, just google "calisthenics". Bruce Lee never lifted a weight in his life but he was ripped as hell. He did calisthenics (situps, push ups, crunches, etc) and cardio stuff like running and jump rope.
You can't really run at home, but you can jump rope. If you're uncomfortable doing jump rope (or don't have one), you can jump rope with an imaginary rope and it burns just as many calories.

Well a easy way is running and swimming while you can. Now to need to life weight to not lose weight but to move fat to muscle. So trying to do sit ups ever night. Do a full body work out. Good luck seen it done. You can do it too.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.mylguide.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 5.49$ shipping and handling.
