There is no way to remove a scar. There are products, like Mederma, which can help change the appearance so it's not as noticeable, but they take months to work- not days, and certainly not seven. Plastic surgeons can resect a scar, sometimes, and sometimes reduce the bulkiness and improve it to a line as opposed to a ragged scar. But there are no miracles that will remove one entirely. A scar is the way the body heals after a serious cut, to help prevent injury to that area again in the future. How it looks in the end can sometimes be influenced by how it is treated in the beginning, but there is just no way to prevent one forming at all. You can opt to try a scar reduction cream, or see a plastic surgeon to see if they can do anything- but some sort of scar is probably always going to be there.

A scar never disappears completely, that is what makes it a scar and not just a temporary wound.

They do tend to become less noticable with time and there are product that claim to hasten this process, but not in 7 days!

Your best bet is using makeup to cover it in this timeframe.
