What's a good free-online FLV Converter?

I tried Vixy but it doesn't seem to work for me when i insert the website url. It's not a video from youtube nor google video.

This site can (supposedly) download from other video sites besides YouTube. I've never tried it on another site, though.

A lot of people dont realize, but if you have an FLV file and want wmv for example, you can just put flv to wmv in the boxes.
