Why do women's breast smell like lactose even though they are not lactating?

Not that I go breast sniffing, but I have never noticed such a smell.

It sounds to me like the breasts you've been smelling belong to a woman with lacking hygeine.

my boobs dont smell like lactose ..my boobs smell like love spell ;)))
